Traffic Collision Report
To better serve our citizens and insurance carriers in need of a traffic accident report, we have teamed with LexisNexis and have implemented an online dissemination program to provide our accident reports securely, online to involved parties, insurance companies and other authorized parties.
Save time – there’s no need to spend the time, or money on gas or stand in line to request a report at Records Unit. Click on icon below to obtain your report.
IMPORTANT: Please allow a minimum of 10 days from the date of the accident to allow the report to be reviewed and approved for release by our Traffic Unit. Traffic reports resulting in a death/fatality, involving juveniles, part of an arrest are not available online – you may only obtain those reports at our Records Unit directly.
A nominal convenience fee to Lexis Nexis of $7 will be assessed for the ability to retrieve your report online. The fee is in addition to the cost of the report which is $10. Citizens who do not wish to pay the convenience fee may still come to our lobby front counter during business hours to obtain an accident report for the regular fee of $10.
Our normal Records Unit hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
