The Centerton Fire Department escorted Santa Clause around town prior to Christmas. Santa passed out candy while visiting with the children.
The Centerton Police Department participated in the 'Shop With A Cop' program. Several students from Gamble Elementary School were selected to participate.

Good Afternoon, I wanted to update everyone on upcoming activities in the next couple of months, first of all Living Waters United Methodist Church and the City of Centerton will host the Annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday November 26th from 11am until 1pm, everyone is welcome and we would love to have you. This will be held at the church located at 424 North Main Street, please bring you and your famialy and enjoy a great meal.
Then later in the evening we will have the Annual Christmas Parade, anyone who woudl like to be in the parade please meet at Harps at Highway 102 and Commercial Street to be lined up, please be there at 4:00PM to be lined up and the parade will leave at 4:30PM. When the parade gets to the city park, Santa Clause will be escorted to the community room, and hot chocolate and cookies will be served and the parents can have the children visit Santa and take photos.
Then on Thursday December 10th, at 6:30PM the Centerton Lions Club will have a Free Chili Dinner for the community and everyone is welcome, please come and learn and possibly join the Lions Club.
We have a busy few weeks coming and I hope everyone can participate in all of the events.

Kimmel Road will be close starting September 16, 2015 for a period of 3 to 4 weeks. The area that will be closed to through traffic is from the Jct. of Kimmel and Buckhorn Flats east to Jct. of Greenhous Road.
