Good Afternoon, there is a possibility of Severe Weather this Tuesday and Wednesday, and I wanted everyone to take a few minutes and if you are not signed up for BC Alert, please take a minute to do so. BC Alert is the county emergency warning system that all of the cities pay for and you can send up for phone, text or email alerts and you can set what alerts you receive, for instance if you just want Tornado Warnings that’s all you can sign up for, also there are other alert groups such as Centerton Events and such, so please sign up today at www.bcalert.com
Also I still have a few weather radios left for citizens of Centerton, if you have not received one, you can bring a utility bill to city hall and pick one up, I only have a few left so when these are gone that will be it. Also please take a minute to look at this website http://www.spc.noaa.gov/faq/tornado/safety.html for tornado safety tips before the storm.
Thanks Mayor Bill

Downtown Centerton is located four miles from the Walmart General Offices and four miles from their largest warehouse, #6094. The city is also located just five miles from (XNA) the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport. Bentonville touches Centerton on the city's east side. Centerton is located near the center of Benton County and that is why the city was named Centerton.
